i can't say as of the moment but it will be for another type of industry. however, the clients would still be the employees of that particular company. we don't service consumers.

naku! marami akong friends jan. since bago tinry nila. sabi may isang tl daw jan wala sa ayos magbigay ng sanctions. tapos bigla kang iteterminate ng wala man lang written warning or whatsoever. crab ang mga managers daw dito.

at maraming hindi pa nakakakuha ng backpay since january. kamusta naman?! marami din daw dispute sa pay. understandable na bagong kumpanya kaso naman magiisang taon na daw itong kumpanya wala pa din daw pinagbago.

sabi nila: cases are filed for legal steps na daw.

so beware!

buti na lang talaga hindi ako nakapasa dito kasi kung oo baka isa ako sa nabiktima...

ilan sa news mula sa mga nakasabayan kong magapply way back dec 2009... pumirma sila ng kontrata without having pre-employment medical exam... ayon sa friend ng friend ko, meron sila medical benefits from the very beginning of employment pero kamusta naman ang philhealth records, hindi updated! plangak! dibah! kaya kung mamamatay ka na, hindi ka makakalabas ng hospital basta...

at hindi na din maadmit ng hospital basta kasi ang HR nila walang partisipasyong magaganap.. dedma ang lola mo!

tapos may isang tl daw jan, mejo may pagkabingi at pagka sayad daw ata na nagiging top tl pa.. ang siste?! nagteterminate ng agent kahit na walang written warning.. at gumagawa ng sariling batas! hmmm.. feeling magaling dibah...

traydor daw ang tl na un, kaya malas mo kung dun ka mapunta.. as in walang puso... dahil ayon sa source ng source ko, maraming cases ang health reasons may mga nahohospital na ahente, pero pagbalik, chinuchugi! kahit na may valid medical documents.

paatasan din daw ng kanya kanyang **** ng managers at tl... kung magaling kang sumipsip ng **** ng may **** gora ka! pero kung hindi ka naman backstaber at totoong tae ka este tao ka, mabutin na lang daw na magisa ka na lang at maging loner sa isang sulok habang nagwowork...

nasa sainyo pa din kung itutuloy niyo ang pagapply, wala naman masama, heads up lang yan guys para sa kapwa ko pexers... so mabuti nang may alam tayo sa bawat kumpanya...

Nag apply ako dito sa Cognizant. Bagsak ako sa final interview. Grabe magtanong yung OM Jayson. Nakaka intimidate. Oks naman yung mga tech questions pero nakaka intimidate talaga sya. Kalbo sya tapos 6 footer tapos techie rin kaya hindi mo pwede paikutin pagdating sa technical. Kapag gusto nya yung narining nya sa iyo cut off ka nya, sabihin nya "That's good enough."

Tapos after every question nya, tanong sya sa iyo "Do you have any questions for me?" Eh ang laking tao kaya lagi kong sagot "No questions sir."

Ayun bagsak. Sabi nya wala daw akong confidence. Pagtapos nga ng interview sabi nya "Don't take it personally but I would not be able to hire you as an IT Help Desk."

Syempre bitter lola mo, pero oks lang, ika nga nya, walang personalan.

naku ate he was also the OM who interviewed me, *** rin ako prob sa tech questions during the 2nd interview kaso pag dating sa OM n yan sobrang naintimidate ako, he never got to ask me tech questions pero binanatan ako ng mga psych attacks, kalbo nga *** at prating tinatanong na "do you have any questions for me...this would be your last chance to ask questions" tpos ang gugulo ng tanong...im stuttering sa nerbyos kasi sobra sya kung mkatitig..ang tanong sakin differentiate efficiency and effectiveness, nagstuck up utak ko so *** ako matinong maisagot s knya sa nerbyos...pero in the end, i got the job offer but im still choosing between CSS and cognizant...hayz hirap mamili..they offered me 29k for the SDA job

I tried but I failed. You know why? Its because the years of my experience is not enough. They prefer 3-5 years Helpdesk experience.

bro in my case i only have around 2 years of relevant experience but i got a job offer...depende rin ***** sa mga sagot mo sa interview specially sa tech...just my 2 cents..

AFAIK 30k max basic pay for L1 dito and 40k max for L2.

Naku I didn't grab their offer kasi I decided to wait for CSS to call me for their L2 post, 1 week lang naman ang waiting time.

sa cognizant ang offer sakin 27k basic + 2k allowance so 29k ang total salary ng L1..
pero s mga kasabayan ko dun, 25k +2k *** ang offer s knila depende kasi yan sa length of experience and sa current salary mo.
I dont know sa L2 kung mgkano sahod..
