Hi Jamie, if you are really tight with budget I suggest you can simply go for a garden wedding, simple white dress not really a wedding gown :-) a cocktail style for your reception, dont forget to have a red wine and a colorful bouquet or flowers in your entourage.... hope this help! :-)
Hi Jamie, I agree with emzee on the garden wedding idea. For your wedding dress and that of the female entourage, you can have your dressmaker make toga or drape style dresses in flowing cloth.
If you're lucky, you may find some ready made at Divisoria. Then braided hairstyle or a cord-wrapped grecian updo and strappy grecian sandals could complete the look.
You can make scrolls for your invitations too.
