Tourist Visa to India - Experiences anyone?

    Hello,

This is my first post. I have been lurking for a while and find this forum very helpful and informative.

I would like to know if anyone has experienced applying for a tourist visa at the Indian Embassy in Dasmarinas Village, Makati? Are the requirements exactly what is posted on their website? How is the security getting inside Dasma? Do they let you in to file application at the Embassy?

Hope someone can help. I am planning on going to India this Fall for vacation. Thank you in advance.

use the entrance gate near magallanes MRT station... just tell the guard that you'll be applying for an Indian Visa... a PhP50 entrance fee will be asked from you if im not mistaken... as i remember it, the requirements in their website are the same documents they asked from me...

    Guys,

I will be getting an Indian Visa I just talked to someone from the Embassy through landline. They will only process visa if you already have CONFIRMED BOOKING what if I will get an Indian Visa and I am not sure the dates yet but that would be definitely this August as my European Trip on July.

Can I just have a booking certificate from agency? Then I will just get my ticket once I am already here in the Philippines after my Europe.

    Please help me.

People may correct me if I'm wrong but how I understood it from their website, it should be a confirmed RT ticket that should be presented just like what the China embassy requires.

Take note: HINDI NILA TATANGGAPIN ANG APPLICATION MO PAG MAY KULANG NA REQUIREMENTS.

    Thank you pinoy_dude24,

I will be processing my Visa next week. I will just present them a Bank statement.

So i need to pay my ticket as they are needing a confirmed flight.

Believe talaga ako sa Pinay na masungit.

tourist visa to india with sponsorship

    Hi guys,

Need help. Pupunta kasi ako India and may sponsor ako na Indian citizen. Sabi sa embassy of india dito kailangan ko ng name, address, bank statement, passport copy, and invitation letter from india and nung sponsor ko. ANo ba *** invitation letter?

Thanks.
