    PARENTS BEWARE in FESTIVAL MALL ALABANG!

    Last night, around 8:30 pm, my daughter was riding down this escalator in Festival Mall Alabang. She was just laid back and enjoying the view while the escalator is going down, when she suddenly yelped out in horrid pain. Everyone was shocked and a commotion ensued. Her left toe was "eaten " by the escalator teeth along with her sandals. Her blood was smeared along the escalator.

    We rushed her to Asian Hospital.

    She suffered deep lacerations in her Left Toe.

    She suffered a fracture on her left toe.

    She is not allowed to walk until the toe has healed.

    Her ordeal last night saw her through one ER doctor, one ER Ortho-Surgeon and One family Ortho-Surgeon in the morning.

    My little girl doesnt deserve this.

    I talked to the Administration of the Mall. They are justifying;
    1) that they responded to the scene, WHICH IS AT A GODDAMN SNAILS PACE!
    2)They even told me that my little girl was brought to the hospital already; I KNOW BECAUSE I PERSONALLY DROVE MY DAUGHTER TO THE HOSPITAL!!!
    3) That they have put up signs on the escalators for small childrens safety ! WHICH IS TOO SMALL AND INCONSPICIOUS THAT EVER SINCE THE MALL OPENED IN 1998, THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THAT I SAW THEY DO HAVE THESE SIGNS FOR SAFETY. BUT THOSE SIGNS WERE TOO SMALL, UN-STRATEGICALLY PLACED AND VERY INCONSPICIOUS.

    Again, our children does not deserve this.

    Spread the information and let the masses beware.

    Sa Festival Mall din daw yung may nakidnap na bata. Yung pedia namin yung nagsabi na naka-base dun sa Festival Mall. Tapos a few days later, nakita daw yung bata sa Laguna pagala-gala. Malapit kasi sa sakayan papuntang probinsya yung mall eh kaya madaling mailayo yung mga kinikidnap. Hay...

    Hindi lang anak mo ang nadisgrasya sa festival. kapitbahay din nmin naipit anak nya sa escalator. but after almost 80k gastos sa ospital+lifelong suffering ng bata (dahil na rip off ang hands nya) + stress and anxiety from the pressures ng admin + "sila-pa-may-kasalanan" syndrome walang festival assistance ang dumating....

    niloloko lang tayo.....
