    1. He first proposed a study now, pay later program. I was thinking of this for years already and up until Gibo said it, no one dared to open up this idea.

    2. He proposed to give a limited, but autonomous power to self-sustaining regions. This is needed, so that the national government can focus more on the depressed regions of the country.

    3. He's more open to contemporary and modern means of giving progress to this country.

    4. He is not walking behind the Aquino-Cojuancgo shoes. You won't top the BAR just by merely being a part of the clan. You won't handle the DND post, by the young age of 40, just by being a part of the yellow family.

    5. The damn character. The goddamn campaign. He's just standing up straight, not bowing to the piles of mud thrown straight to his face.

Nicky Perlas is still a lost cause, he still needs to have that executive experience. I did not choose him because I don't want the presidential seat to be his training ground. But I bet he can be one of the real deals this country needs to progress.

    BTW, you know what's a D I C K, right? Too bad, it's Richard's nick. Hahaha.

    Now we're talking.

You know what, I was about to start a thread entitled "I challenge all Teodoro's supporters here in PEX to convince me that Gibo is more than just an academic elitist". Now I realized it may not actually be him, but rather some of his supporters who know only three "good" reasons to vote him: (1) he's a bar top notcher; (2) he got a degree in Master of Laws in Harvard; and (3) he studied in "good schools".

The "pay now, study later"... now that's something new. Finally! So no need for me to start that thread.

Sorry, academic elitists really snap my patience. Mahabang salaysayin yun eh.

But seeing how you present him, looks like I am seeing Gibo in a different light.

It's funny how some supporters can damage their respective candidates' images instead of actually polishing them. The kumbayah attitude of most Noynoy supporters suddenly gave way to the birth of the term Noytards. And due to the overwhelming (and usually irrational) emphasis placed on academic excellence by some of Gibo's supporters (to the point that some of them value academic excellence over professional excellence), some people unfortunately already mistook Gibo for an "academic airhead" as a friend would put it. But lesson learned, listen to the candidate more than the supporters.

At least Gibo did not talk about zero corruption.

As for the probability for Nick to make Malacañang his training ground, that's precisely why I am still considering Gordon. I admit I am still undecided. Need to do more research.

And yeah, Richard's nickname. Hindi kasi wholesome eh.

Very well, then. I hope you'd make the RIGHT choice next week! There are still a lot of us who aren't disillusioned by this false hope.

I am a pro-Gordon and up to now I still believe that he's the most capable Leader among the other candidates.

But I've watched DOKUMENTADO on TV5 last week. may pinakita silang clip na "Nauntog" si Gibo.

Now that he's getting endorsement, I'm happy for him and his supporters...

May the best man wins Good luck Philippines!

    Sayang din.

I know he was not the most "ma-PR" or the most easily likeable and recognisable candidate para sa general voting public, pero I felt na marami siyang magagawang maganda as the country's leader.

Ayaw ng karamihan yun pagka strict nature niya, oh well their loss

Bumoto yun majority not based on the ability ng candidates, but instead disability... lol ABNoy
