Hi NavySlate, CCS alumni here. For students under the ST specialization, we look for a company on our own. Once a student gets "admitted" for the OJT post, he/she must submit a project sheet which includes the description and the duration of the project which will still be for approval. Sometimes the practicum coordinator posts openings in the Yahoo group and encourages students to apply if ever companies show the need for interns and present the projects firsthand to the coordinator.
I would think the easiest way for you to get OJT applicants is for your company to approach the CCS practicum coordinators.
Most CCS internships are usually done over the summer - you will have less CCS students applying to your internship post at this time, but some will probably be willing to extend.
