P.E. courses offered by UST

I'm just wondering about what P.E. to choose because I don't know what UST offers as of the moment. Can someone give a short list of available courses offered?And when can we choose the course?

From what I have read awhile ago, they have if I'm not mistaken the ff:

Badminton
Basic Volleyball
Advance Volleyball
Fitness Dance
Social Dance
Folkdance
Adapted PE
Sepak Something
Arnis
Softball
Handball
Table Tennis
Basketball
Korfball
Swimming
Track and field
Football


Etc. Sorry I forgot the others. ) Oh and btw, we'll have to choose one during the enrollment

basta alam ko folkdance at social dance ang pinaka hindi nauubos, at nagiging tambakan ng mga naubusan ng slot sa iba... jk

oo madalas nauubos ang table tennis dahil....
maganda ang uniform! haha. pero beware, may isang strict na prof diyan! haha

adapted pe, ang mga kinukuha lang talaga nila dito yung may mga sakit at hindi pwedeng mapagod. pero pwede rin kayong makapasok kahit walang sakit basta nakalusot haha. dahil ako, nakalusot ako! hahaha. hindi naman board games dun. depende kung anong napag-usapan niyong gagawin. nung kami ang activities namin ay, bead making, tarpaulin bag making, box making, dapat may kite making pero di natuloy haha. naglalaro din kami, dodge ball, amazing race. basically, yung mga kumukuha nito mga ayaw mapagod at mapawisan... tulad ko. hahahaha!
