    Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years of college
    Excellent verbal communication (English)
    Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends
    Fresh graduates are preferred (Customer Service)
    At least 1 year experience in a BPO / Call Center (IT Support / Helpdesk)

    Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
    Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.

    ORMS/Allocation Developer

    Must have skills
    •Strong understanding of ORMS & OR Allocation products (preferably v12.x and above)
    •Understanding of the technologies:
    1.Oracle DB, Oracle Forms/Reports, Pro*C
    2.Unix OS & Shell Scripting
    3.J2EE technologies
    •At least one major IDE (Eclipse, JDeveloper, etc)
    •Ability to work in a global team environment mandatory.
    •Understand and adhere to support/development/deployment guidelines

    Desired skills
    •Knowledge of software development life cycle methodology.
