sayang weekdays, nagiipon pa ko ng vacation leave.twice na ko nakapunta sa pahiyas festival.ibang experience din.saka sarap ng food sa kamayan sa palaisdaan, dun kami lagi nakain.

So talaga palang kahit matapat ng weekday ang Feast di nila uurong sa weekend ang Pahiyas...

so May 15 and 16 ang Pahiyas Festival...

Advisable bang magpunta doon ng May 12 (before the feast) pre festival sa Pahiyas?

^pwede naman, nakadecorate naman yung mga bahay during the festival week, di mo lang alam kung sino yung mga nanalo sa best in decoration...but for sure, fixed na talaga yung feast day ng Pahiyas.

off to lucban sa may 14, after my shift. solo back pack lang, mgmoment kasi ako dun and at the same time picture picture.. balak ko na sana mgstay dun for the night para makapgrest. any idea kung me hotel dun with in the city?

try Patio Rizal Hotel and Restaurant...tapat lang siya ng Municipal Hall. but make sure to book ahead (or they're fully booked na kapag pahiyas)

or kung outside Lucban town proper (if above hotel is fully booked already), try Batis Aramin or Natagpuang Paraiso.

worse kung fully booked na din yung mga nabanggit ko, sa Tayabas or Lucena ka na matutulog.

i grew up in Lucban and never pako umabsent sa Pahiyas festival. I don't care if I have work, absent kung absent! It's the time when I get to see my childhood friends, relatives and of course, the beautiful decorations of houses for the festival. See you guys there!

not true... 14th nang gabi pa lang usually nagdedecorate ng houses dun. once lang nag-celebrate ng 2 days of Pahiyas festival sa lucban. May 15-16 nila ginawa but it turned out, wala na masyado tao nung 16th then nasira na rin ibang decorations so never na naulit.
