First thing you want to do is market research.

What people want? What group of people you want to serve? How much are they willing to pay for your water?

Then define, what's your USP or unique selling proposition.

There has to be something unique to your offer that's of value to your customer.

Forget about "better service" or "quality product", every one is claiming that.

If you don't have a USP, pababaan lang kayo ng presyo ng competition until all of you will close down.

Lastly, think about how are you going to market your business. Putting up a store is easy. Making a sale in consistent basis is the tough part.
