so if NY ang state na pupuntahan ko, I'll take the exam not just the evaluation? Here is my situation kasi, NY ang pupuntahan ko state. What would be the best process, I mean step by step process. CGFNS muna before NCLEX? what are the documents needed? If I'm going to take the exam, it means I have to review prior taking it? sana matulungan niyo ako.

No, NY requires the CVS and not the CGFNS exam. I suggest you visit cgfns.org to know more about it. And visit NY board of nursing's website to know about the licensure procedure.

I don't know about the current employment situation in NY right now. But I do know a friend, green card holder and licensed in NY and still unemployed. Is it advisable to take NCLEX at this moment? NO, if you are not a US citizen or immigrant. It's much advisable to look into other countries in the Middle East and in Australia as well.

    1. yes, it's ok to take NCLEX right after graduation.
    2. what's next? uhm, employment.

but achieving number and 1 and 2 depends on a complex process. you can only do number 1 if the state that you're applying to doesn't require a local board exam. and even if the state doesn't require a local board, they may require a Social Security Number, which is only available to US Citizens, green card holders, and certain temp workers. number 2, of course, is only possible if you're a USC/Green card holder. And if you are not, then expect a very tough process since RN's are generally not qualified for a work visa, and green card processing time is approximately 6 years. And it's also a question of whether you qualify for a job with your zero experience. So, yeah it's all ok if you are a green card holder or USC, but if not, think again.
