    1. babangon ako't dudurugin kita---her best performance according to lino brocka and yet she was not even nominated because of the politically sensitive nature of her film.

    2. bituing walang ningning---because this film made her the box office star of her era. possibly the best film of maning borlaza. it is certainly commercial pero malakas ang dating. may X factor similar to julia roberts in pretty woman. sharon rose above the formula

    3. bukas luluhod ang mga tala---because sharon sustained her achievement in bituin walang ningning proving that her initial salvo into the komiks-type genre was no fluke.

    4. biktima---because sharon dared to pursue a non-commercial, very politically charged role, something box office stars wouldnt dare to gamble on

    5. dear heart---because she showed the makings of a star in her first film.

    sabi ng teachers ko, her first acting role daw was in 1979 or 1980 opposite a certain joel alano (na taga UP rin daw pero namatay na due to heart attack). it was in KAHAPON LAMANG (GMA 7) which is something like lovingly yours/maalaala mo kaya/magpakailanman but hosted by former senator eddie ilarde.

    can anyone out there describe to us sharon's first acting role? many of us were not even born yet when it happened.

    1. madrasta - grandslam si mama shawie kahit hindi sobranmg bigat ang tema ng pelikula

    2. dear heart - miss unibers... ang cute ng twag sa kanya ng yaya niya.. di ba yaya luring?

    3. bukas luluhod ang mga tala - lumuhod nga lahat ng tala sa kanya

    4. bituing walang ningning - pasasaan bat mag reretiro ka rin someday pero pakiusap huwag muna MEGA.

    5. crying ladies - imagine!!! si sharon cuneta nagmumura!!! bwah
