Its scary bro.. it starts with Lucid Dreaming... A kind of Dream we're your in control and manipulate things Or pwede ren a "BLANK" dream as in Black.... All you need is to "think" isipin mo tatayo ka while your in a blank dream while in a lucid dream state iisipin mo na mag aastral ka... and when your in ASTRAL mode you can go anywhere just think of the place kaso dpt nakarating kana sa place na yun.. I never tried thinking of a person. Anyway Once ko *** naman ngwa.. Its Scary..You know what the scary part is?.... You can encounter Demons.. Or luckily angels.. but its rare to encounter those things.. ang uncommon left-over energy of a spirit in other words Ligaw na kaluluwa..

Lucid dreaming happened many times to me before. While in a dream, tapos pag narealize ko na I'm dreaming, I will myself to fly. You can see the top of the trees, rooftops, and things down below. It's a nice experience though.

100% awareness.. 1st person view..

^^ I have experienced this, though I consider them as lucid dreaming....

Very vibrant colors (my normal dreams are dull colored).Maximum control - hence I prefer to fly. Landscape vision (I can see far and wide). 100% recall right after the dream but slowly fades away with time. Very nice experience, though I still consider them as dreams.

^ In astral travel you can't move your self when you travel ; you have to think that you can move...according from a friend of mine who has ESP.... anyway i happened to me once wayback....

ive tried it by accident...

i just finished lunch, and lied down on the sofa in front of the tv. the tv was on and i was stretched out while holding the remote. i fell asleep. but woke up later. i could hear the tv and i knew that i was still holding the remote tightly but couldn't move or do anything else. i didnt panic. i felt that i was awake in a sleeping body. when i felt that something was wrong, i just relaxed and went back to sleep. after a few seconds i woke up abruptly. i knew that it was not an ordinary dream but i also knew that i was still awake just a few seconds ago but i was still sleepy. i went to my room and got some REAL sleep.

is there a place where we can seriously train or know more about this?

kinda OT but i remember dreaming about snakes too for a about a year. i was bitten by a copper colored snake, and there was a copper staple where he bit me. i've swam with a black/blue one in a swimming pool. handled hundreds of them that were in a 4x2 aquarium... i was never scared when i dreamt of them.

^ You can practice it bro..... all you need is be alert when your dreaming.. so that your dream can turn into "LUCID DREAMING" -- a dream were you can manipulate and control things... and while your in lucid dreaming you got to remember to do astral traveling.... its according to my friend that can do ESP... anyway i tried it once wayback bro, hope makuwa mo ^_^

hi TS,i too have one...astral travel is not actually dreaming..it is a reality happening beyond your 3d normal existence...nagiging parang dream ito kasi you can't do it on a 3d way..ehehe and we interpret mostly what is happening to us beyond our 3d life as a dream,paranormal,etc...
