I was a Smart Bro Fixed Wireless Broadband user for 3 years and 4 months. When I moved to Pangasinan last November, I had to cancel the subscription because our area was not covered by the network. Isang araw lang iyong processing sa Smart WC to terminate the account. Sabi ng WC, kukunin nila yung Canopy pero hanggang ngayon wala pa dumarating na taga-Smart. Hindi ko na rin naalala dahil sa trabaho. Kelangan pa ba talagang isauli yung canopy? Nabasa ko rin dati kasi sa agreement, oo.
Pwede bang pumunta na lang ako sa WC dala yung canopy o kelangan mayroon talagang authorized Smart person na pupunta dito sa address namin?
