Can i ask po, i am subscribed sa Wimax plan 999 last january lang, tapos nung May 1 bigla nalang sya nag running lights, nireport ko sa customer service, halos 3 weeks na ata yung lumipas bago nila inadvice sakin na defective na yung device and for replacement na sya. so nag punta ako sa 2 wireless center sa Muntinlupa, sabe nila wala daw available na device para ireplace iinform nalang daw nila ko pag meron, nag try ako dito sa Smart Makati now lang, and sabe sakin dapat daw yun ginawan ng report, so ginawan muna nila ng report na iextend yung warranty ko parang habang nag aantay daw ako ng replacement may warranty parin sya. Napaisip tuloy ako na mukhang matatagalan ang replacement dahil wala na nga daw stock ng wimax pag replacement iba daw kase stock pag new subscription (NAKAKABADTRIP LANG!!! parehas lang naman nag babayad ng service nila tapos ganon ang process nila) kaya ngayon gusto ko na syang ipa putol kaso lang naka 24months lock in period ako (babayaran ko yung remaining months?), oh baka pwede ba yung ipaputol ko tapos mag pa reconnect nalang ako ng bago pero under parin ng account ko (LOL!) O kaya hindi ko nalang bayaran tapos pakabit nalang ako ulit pero under ng ibang name?? (HAHAHA ) Actually happy ako sa wimax dahil malakas ang signal sa lugar namen and sulit **** yung connection ko, kaso nga unfortunately ganun yung nangyari. May ma aadvise ka ba na pwede kong gawin sa problem ko? need ko kase talga ng internet connection
