    I'm so disappointed with Smart Bro. I've been a loyal subscriber for almost 6 years pero wala man lang silang nagawa dun sa problema ko. I called multiple times after sabihin ng contractor na hindi na nila maaayos *** problema ko pero dead end na talaga kasi walang Wimax samin. I had no choice but to terminate my services with them.

    Boss, ano po yung magandang ISP dito sa Dinalupihan, Bataan? Yung smartbro canopy ko kasi bigla nalang bumagal these past few days.. .20mbps lang connection ko.. katabi lang namin yung base station, but somehow, hindi nila maayos problema ko >.<

    hello sir, pwede po bang pa check dito sa area namin sa Tarlac kung serviceable ang smart bro o ibang ISP maliban sa globe.

    Subscriber kami ng globe 3G broadband for almost 2 years. Dati naman umaabot ng .40-.5 mbps ang speed namin, pero ngayong April biglang bumagal ng .07-.13 mbps nalang. Nakakainis kasi hindi ako makapagdownload ng maayos o makapanood ng video sa Youtube.

    Iniisip namin na lumipat sa ibang ISP. ano pong pwedeng ISP ang pwede sa lugar namin? thank you.

    I'll give/PM you the complete address after niyong mag respond dito sa message ko. thanks

    katatapos lang po nang 24 mos. lock-in period namin sa smart...hindi pa po kami nagpapa-renew ng bagong contract pero tuloy pa rin po yung paggamit namin ng smart bro...ok lang po ang ganun??

    Yes, tuloy lang ang service at billing but anytine, OK to terminate contract at wala ng Termination Fee!

    Sir Rene, we applied for SmartBro Canopy this afternoon. This evening, tumawag ang smart (*888) twice, at pareho kong di nasagot dahil iniwan ko sa bahay ang CP ko, wala naman daw nakarinig sa mga naiwan. Tatawag pa ba sila ulit nyan? thanks

    opo, nagbayad na po kami. sinabi ko palang po kasi to sa mama ko, kaya sa Smart Wireless Center po kami pumunta. Yun po bang Ref. No. yung nasa upper-right ng resibo?

    tsaka ngayon ko lang po napansin, mali po yung house number na nilagay dun sa receipt. May magiging problem po ba yun? 218 po kasi yung nakalagay, eh, 217 ang house number namin.

    sir, dumating po yung mga mag-i-install ng smartbro canopy, hindi pa daw po pwede sa lugar namin. Hindi na daw po aabot dahil malayo masyado sa tower. Pwede po bang ako nalang ang mag refund nung 999? ipepresent ko nalang yung ID nung account holder.

    So more than 1.6Km layo ng service address ninyo from nearest BTS kaya wala ng Line of Sight (LOS)!

    Hingi ka Authorization Letter at copy of Valid ID of Account Holder at dala ka rin ng Valid ID mo to get refund!

    Hindi problema yung wrong house no. but talagang walang nakuha signal ang Technical Staff na mag-install sana ng Canopy service from your service address to nearest BTS.

    Sa Customer Service/Desk ka muna magsubmit ng Authorization Letter at copy of Valid IS ng Account Holder bago pumunta sa Cashier to get Refund!
