Telecom Customer Service Representative
Requirements:
* College degree with at least 2 yrs of related job-experience, or an equivalent combination of education and Customer Service experience
* Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications, processes and systems as well as department policies and procedures.
* Excellent customer service
* Must demonstrate the ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear, positive and professional manner with a high level of English proficiency
* Good typing skills/ be able to exhibit proper use of grammar with minimum errors
* Willing to work in Alabang
* Amenable to shifting work schedules (mostly on night shift)
* Work experience with telecommunication company is an advantage
Manager- Telecom Customer Service
Requirements:
* Generally requires a minimum of 7 years experience in a related discipline and/or minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
* Excellent management skills with ability to assign and monitor work.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time management, communications, decision making presentation, human relations and organization skills.
* Excellent knowledge of all technical support areas.
Preferred knowledge/Certifications:
* PC Literacy (E-mail, MS Office Suite)
* Excellent customer service & communication skills
* Must demonstrate the ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear, positive and professional manner with a high level of English proficiency

Voice/Data - Network Engineer
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent or 3 years’ equivalent work experience within the telecommunications industry or an equivalent combination of skills/experience.
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal such that engineers can lead and direct both internal and external resolution teams in a firm, confident manner.
* Customer Service soft skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to immediately take control and drive issues to resolution, limiting customer “downtime” and taking command of the root cause of the issue; this includes communicating with various support groups and customers across time zones.
* Candidates must have basic analytical skills, with the aptitude to “think outside the box” in any given situation.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
* Must be willing to work on shifting and graveyard schedules.
* Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends.
* Basic (general) computer skills and troubleshooting knowledge.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
* Ability to work in a “global” environment, collaborating among different time zones, in order to support customers in various locations around the world.
* Multi-tasking skills, in order to meet the high demand of supporting multiple clients around the globe.
* Detail-oriented, with the capacity to organize and track various processes and procedures for multiple clients.
* Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision.
* Preferred Voice background/work experience.
* Preferred CCNA and/or other networking certifications.
* Preferred experience with HP OpenView, TACACS, Solar Winds, etc.
* Extensive experience in network monitoring tools is a plus.
* Heavy PBX voice experience would be an advantage
