Correction lang... most people kasi think when you say "spot" e tutulungan ka mag complete ng rep... what a spotter should really do is ensure the safety pag di na kaya ng lifter e grab the bar from himUu.
Hindi din advisable may spotter. basahin niyo tong thread na to.

I tried one month membership trial at Ryan J last January. Ngayon, sa FF na ko.I work out sa Ryan J fitness center sa Espana Manila..ngayon lumipat na ata sila sa may P. Campa Street..not sure.
Anyone going to that gyM?

^^ Its an old gym.. built ata nung 1996. Parang hindi nagbago ever since.. Katabi ko lang dati yon kasi ng bahay namin pero childhood ko pa non haha..

if i were to pay 1k a month for a gym,,i will just add up 400 more and i'll be at eclipse. haven't been there but i read a lot of very good reviews about it. and i'm sure imma be there sooner or later.
