gym buddy... anyone?

I'm planning to start working out again. I've done this twice in the past but due to lack of motivation as I went without a buddy, I eventually stopped. I didn't have friends before because I have trouble making friends in the gym as everyone seems to be busy working out by themselves or with their own gym buddy.

Anyway, I'm a lifetime Slimmer's World member and I don't plan to enroll on other gyms because IMO, they all have their own shortfalls. I can go to any Slimmer's World branch but I currently work around Pasay area and the nearest is in Makati (Pasay Road). Anyone here working out there?

Adriatico is also accessible from my workplace, but is out of my way going home. Pero siguro, pwede rin try ko dyan minsan. Regular ka ba dyan? Baka pwede mo ako i-familiarize sa place, sa gym amenities nila. I heard they have a pool. May sauna pa ba ngayon sa Slimmer's? Tagal na ako di nakakabisita sa kahit anong branch eh.

It really helps kung may spotter kayo or friends but kung wala you just need to have a solid plan/programme

And remember that it's not how frequent you go to the gym but yung quality time that you spent
