super bilis ng result ng student visa ngayon esp.kung degree course ang kunin mo. my sister applied sept8 then VFS texted her na may result na daw sept10 since friday yun, sept13 na niya nakuha visa niya. roughly 2 days lang processed and agad and she's approved. pero pag vocational yta like NVQs, medyo matagal. need lang ng CAS number provided ng university then show money around 1M para sure.

    Student Visa

By all means, it's not rocket science not to approve the applicant if he wants to come to UK and study a degree course. But for those who wants to use the Student Visa route, like NVQ and other non degree courses with the hope of landing a job, then, it's plainly stupidity....spending half a million only to end up here doing nothing and begging for jobs they are not even authorized to have . . . .

yes, possible pa din ma-deny. all original doc. including passport is really needed by the embassy (consul). VFS lang kumukuha ng docs pero its the embassy that will decide if they will grant you a visa or not. what's the visa you applied for? 2 of my friends applied for a student visa, one is degree course and the other is non-degree course. my friend who took degree course received her visa after 4 days of passing the requirements while my friend who took a non-degree course is still waiting for her visa after passing it 6mons. ago.

6mos ago??! wth! tagal naman nun!!! i applied for a family visit visa just before this weekend. when i tracked the status via the reference number just now, ang sabi sa message: APPLICATION UNDER ASSESSMENT AT VISA SECTION... do you have any idea how long they're gonna keep my passport? i'm anxious about my application kasi i only submitted my bank statement (payroll account), COA and previous credit card statement (pina-cut ko na kasi ang credit card ko just recently)... re my relatives' papers naman, photocopy of their british passports lang and a brief letter of invitation ang nai-provide ko...

I think what's important in family visit visa is you have enough money to support yourself during your stay in the UK without working.Im not sure kung pwede ang payroll account kc its different sa savings db?

    check this links: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/vi...ors/documents/

oo nga eh.. i still have no idea if that will suffice.. i already sent an e-mail to them and they just replied saying that i wait til end of the day to call the VFS to check if my visa is already available. i hope everything goes well talaga.

i disagree.. even non-degree courses like NVQ are still allowed to work here but only on a limited time. Some of them even received working visa now and earn more.

    Certificate Of Eligibility

Hello guys, my dad received a job offer and been told that before they could process his travel documents they need this certificate.

" You are required to contact the UK Boarder Home Office to enable them release your Certificate Of Eligibility, which shows that you are a SKILLED MIGRANT and also ELIGIBLE to work with us and this will help us to release a funds to the UK HOME OFFICE for the processing of your travel documents.

Note: We cannot be able to do anything within our power without the certificate of Eligibility from the UK HOME OFFICE which proves that you are certify to work here in UK."

It will be his first time to apply and he's currently living in Qatar. Can you please enlighten me what is this certificate about?

BTW, I have google nga pala to just to be sure na hindi scam, pero as of now puro negative narereceive ko. Anyone familiar with this guy?

    Official Contact: PO BOX 3468

    UK Border Home Office.

Weird, kasi nga yung email address nya for one is supposed to be ".gov" not "gov.org". Thanks.

^ scam nga ata eto. I don't think UK Border office is cheap enough to use free emails, then there's this spelling with Border and boarder. Heads up for those who have encountered this Wilson Gudman. As I have google-d same contact numbers ang nakalagay. And marami na atang complaints, same emails different names. Tapos what is weird is pa is nung nag compare ako ng Job description/code/no between dun sa offer sa dad ko and yung nag cocomplain, same na same pero magkaiba sila ng Designation.

Buti na lang may internet. I feel safe hahahahahaha
