i received a text message again this morning that my application is being process, and that it may take longer than the usual processing time as it's their peak season. ibig sabhin kaya nito matatagalan pa yun result ng visa application ko? or u received same text din?

yeahh.. kc i just received an email from vfs that my documents are ready for collection but didnt received any emails from the embassy.. so i guess my application was denied.. maybe thats why it took 10 days.. malalaman ko bukas kung sang grounds ako sumamblay.. spouse visa na lang ang aaplyan ko next time.. im kinda sad coz im really looking forward for this trip.. my husband will really be disappointed... thanks sa lahat ng natulong ng pex sa application ko although it's not successful im still grateful that you guys answer all my questions regarding this. Specially to you chocoswirl thanks po !

Hi hamham please let me know once u get your result and if u still plan to apply for spouse visa.

I plan to apply for spouse visa kc pero requirement dun is also to pass an english test and ive not taken that exam yet.


if anyone here also who would like to suggest a legitimate UK Visa Assistance Agency, please i need one. My husband kc is planning to seek help from an agency based in London, and as expected "expensive". Sayang kasi yung pera. I want to help din naman at least to find ways how can we save money.

hamham malay mo naman approved ka. until hindi mo pa nakikita yung passport mo, baka may chance pa na approved ka.

they denied my application just because hindi pa nakikita ng asawa ko ang anak namin!!! my God!!!! rason ba yun?? alangan namang ibyahe ko kaagad yun 6 weeks old kong baby?? second ground my husband stated in his sponsorship letter that we're soon start business here in Phil. ang sabi ba naman ng ECO hindi daw kapanipaniwala kc sinabi ng hubby ko sa letter nya na pinapaupahan nya un flat nya sa london, so my mga ari arian sya dun na hindi pwedeng iwan. But maybe they just denied my application kc wala akong travel abroad experience.

imagine natapat pa ako sa unfair na eco.. my only intention is to visit my mom-in-law kc hindi pa kame nag mi meet hindi pa ikinonsidera.. ok lahat ng docs ko ahh.. kumpleto halos sobra pa sa supporting papers.. and the bank statement of my hubby is more than okay.. pero refused padin.. sad nga lang...

From what I understand, matagal ang application ng spouse visa at ang mahal compared sa visit visa. There is no point in applying for it since hindi niyo naman balak sa UK mag-settle but want to start a business here?

I don't think your husband should have said he intended to start a business in the Philippines.. it should have been a straightforward sponsorship letter stating that he will shoulder the cost of your stay there and provided rental docs/property title (for the place where you're gonna stay).. that's all they required.

I'm not sure why the kid is an issue, maybe it got denied because your child is too young para iwan mo for weeks or months? Anyway, you can still apply for a second time, just address the issues they stated.

yes ur right, i was blaming my husband for stating that we intended to start a business here, kc naging issue pa sa ECO. Regarding with our daughter inis na inis naman si hubby dahil ginawa pang ground na hindi pa sila nagkikita nung bata. Nagbigay naman sila ng form to file an appeal pero waste of time lang.. mas madaling mag apply nalng ulit siguro.

Thankfully nga. Although dami stress din kasi 7PM ng gabi nung 15th ang flight ko, then 2-3PM nasa VFS pa ako nakapila para sa visa na di ko sigurado kung maapprove or refused ulit.

just verify the school since madaming modus dito ibang mga syndicate na virtual school lang pala ang sinasabi nilang mag sponsor, daming Indian, Nepalese at Pakistani nadali dito dahil sa ganyan na modus. . .
