Pine Forest Crunch is on the light side of indie. Their song "Cup Noodle Song" can be requested on NU 107.5. The lead vocals are female (a cross between SixPence and Bjork).

Liarns! that IS you, huh?! can you guess who i am?
i like to listen to a wide variety of music but indiepop is largely IT (well, that and hiphop.. they don't really go together huh?! what can i say, but that i'm all messed up!), so i'm sure glad a thread like this exists, *whew* a breath of fresh air from the usually bland aftertaste of boybands and britney spears and m2m and the like..

I used to run the #pavement channel on Undernet but since they're pretty much dead I kind gave up.
It seems to me here everyone has quite the wide palette. I myself recently have been into some mogwai, modest mouse, the Velvet Goldmine soundtrack and some Sandwich.

Salut mes amies!! how's everybody doin? how are the "indie" chaps and lassies here? i hope everyone's "mighty mighty" fine.. hmm there's a certain sadness coming over me, cause i've been such a bum for so long and i barely have enough to fend for myself more so to buy my usual fanfaire and ear candy.. waaaa i'm "losing money, losing friends" once more... i wish "i have the password to everyone's shell account" so i could maybe steal some and buy more and more cd's mwahahaha...

hmmm... but of course i have my ways... so just a few weeks back got hold of the releases at tower( the record empire that has established "indie" stuff as over the counter...which lead to massive fastfood indiepopf**kers.. pardon me french!)
