yup. actually bawal ksi mg apply directly ang fresh grads kung programmer ka. dadaan ka talaga sa pagiging contractual, alam ko di lang sli ang ng pprovide sakanila ng tao, madami pang iba. pero based on my experience mostly SLI ang fresh grads.. swertihan lang din sa contract na makukuha mo pwedeng as low as 10k with 2 year bond or as high as 19k with 1 year bond lang =)

may idea ba kayo kung magkano offer ng PNB for their JEDI program (MT program)? saka after nung program na AM position na?

AFAIK, mababa ang offer ng PNB pag JEDI trainee ka (nasa 15k) pero after ng training, junior officer ka na at depende sa performance mo kung san office ka ma-assign (pati salary).

Somebody told me (but I'm not sure if this is true ha) that after you passed the training, your salary would be P25k (so maybe something within that range). What I'm sure about is yes, you will be promoted to AM, hence, the increase in salary. But you will have a P100k bond for 2 years.

in pnb if you become a permanent employee, ang bonus is 13th to 16th month at isa sa the best ay ang health card, hanggang 2 *** dependent mo, sagot ng banko un!!!

i know pero does the hiring process really that long? its been two weeks already since nag pass ako ng resume.. normally kase yung iba nakausap ko after 3 days they already received a call for schedule of exams..

Hello, in any company, kapag 2-3 weeks na wala pa rin, it's better to follow up. Now if wala pa rin, pls do consider the application unsuccessful.

I usually tell my interviewees before that if they don't receive anything from me within 2 weeks, they better consider the application unsuccessful.

Busy kasi rin HR lalo na kung maraming applicants. Unless they're religious with applicant status tracking, usually, we cannot spare time to inform all.

pexers, alam niyo po ba kung anong format ng exam ang binibigay for IT applicants sa Allied Bank? I have a friend applying for a non-IT position (but she's an it graduate) but the HR requires her to still take another set of exams yun nga for it applicants. She's having a second thought of taking it or not kasi she has not used her programming skills for a long time, and baka majority pa nung questions eh regarding duon.

hi! just want to ask taga allied bank ka ba? i passed the exams and initial interview, the hr said he will call me within this week for the next interview. almost 1 week na. no calls pa din. should i wait for his call or should i consider application unsuccesful?
