Recent lang sya nag apply sa EastWest via job fair at he was scheduled for exam sa PBCom tower. Well heads up lang, mahirap exam. 120 questions consists of Mathematical calculations, IQ test and problem analysis which you need to answer within 20 minutes. Just 20 minutes! Can you dare to read a question less than a minute and compute it at the same time?

Well, luckily my man is good in Math and he did passed it so though difficult worth it naman. Then, the next day, scheduled sya for interview. He told me na super casual and friendly ng nag interview sa kanya. Nag TagLish daw but he keeps on answering it in English. Well, he passed it too. Right after the interview, the same interviewee mentioned that he's for JO nextweek.

oo seryoso yun, ganun kabilis testing nila, same day din makuha ang results and offer sheet. Sobrang nadisappoint ako sa nakalagay sa offer, halos di ko na maalala kung ano talaga ang nangyari, haha.. btw, mga 5 years ago na yun,

Sakto lang naman. May HR exam na 120 items[20 mins] tas pag napasa mo yun papabalikin ka for technical exam [pag IT position inaapplyan mo] pero pag ibang position [not so sure] interview sched na ibibigay sayo. Yung result ng 2nd exam within 2 weeks, tatawagan ka. Pag walang tawag na natanggap, it means, bagsak yung 2nd exam.

Nag exam ako last week, pero di na ko naasa pa, palpak ata kase yung technical exam ko.

Nag exam ako dito last 2 weeks for the IT Boot Camp. Pinalad at nakapasa sa dalawang exams nila, una for HR exam at yung Technical exam nila. After 2 weeks, tumawag sila for the sched ng panel interview. Mababait mga tao sa EastWest, yun napansin ko, lalo na yun IT Head, sila kasi nag interview. After nung interview, pinagintay for the result if pasado, at sa kabutihang palad ay nakapasa naman, after nun e job offer na the same day. So napakaikli ng process nila, mahaba lang ay yung checking ng exam. Start na ng camp sa July. Good luck

I walked in today to apply for the associate software engineer post. they just asked me to leave my resume and wait for a call. not sure if they are really hiring for the said post. fyi.

Pwede daw mag walk in, kaso until tomorrow na lang ata sila, kase by July start na ng Boot Camp, sana mabasa mo to today para makapunta ka tom. Good luck

Kapag sinabi ba nila na wait for a call within 2 weeks and if you did not receive any call within that period it means you are not qualified for the position..

Does it mean a little formal way of the apllication of my friend is negative??
