That's actually normal here in Taiwan.. Women expects their guy to carry their bags.

Nope. It is not cute, not even sweet. I never made my ex carry my handbag (unless it is really necessary) even if there were times when he insisted. I like bringing too many stuff with me like alcohol, tissue, umbrella, camera, lotion, wallet, coin purse, pens, kikay kit etc. I shouldn’t have brought it with me if I can’t carry it myself. Besides, to me it’s too personal kahit na bf ko pa yun. I can’t imagine na everytime na lang may kukunin ako magsasabi ako “Pahiram naman ng bag ko, may kukunin lang.” Hassle.

If it were shopping bags we’re talking about then it’s ok.

no, i won't let my bf hold my bag for me, para sa akin personal kong gamit yon kaya ayoko ipahawak kahit kanino isa pa hindi ko siya alalay para pagdalhin ng handbag lang,.shopping or grocery bags pwede pa..:P

madalas ayokong dinadala ng bf ko bag ko. I mean, I know its him showing me and the world that hey, Im a gentleman and I understand that but Im not handicapped, I have two hands that can carry how big or small my bag is. and since I brought that bag with me, I should be responsible enough to carry it anywhere and in any circumstances..

If it's a girly bag,,,ofcourse am the one should who should carry it.... Well, its carrying my own fashion bag (alangan ipabitbit ko sa bf ko yun, katawa tawa siyang tignan nun....) At nkakatawa kung iinsist niyang bitbitin yun!

I just noticed that everytime I carry a backpack, siya palagi ang nag-iinsist magbitbit...He knows when to help me carry my stuff. I find it very attentive and gentleman.

If its a girly bag, no. But I don't carry such bags. Haha. Yung type ko yung mga Simon Designs, Tribu, Columbia. I had this Columbia bag that he's so jealous of that he insists on carrying it whenever I bring it with me. lol.
