    Hi Jasper, thanks for the info..so possible pala na pag walang problem sa unit mas mabilis na makamove-in...I just hope and pray na walang maging problema sa unit namin..thanks thanks)

    I saw the map of SS8 gaano kaya kalayo yung creek sa perimeter fence?

    Sa block 1 lot 6 nakuha naming unit.

    Anyone read a renovation plan on a margareth model?

    Napadagdagan ko ng eaves vents ang unit ko during renovs, at naglagay pa ako ng exhaust fan (parang extractor fan ang function) to suck out the hot air accumulating sa ceiling-roof space. And I also made sure, that I still have windows open facing the source of the breeze even walang tao sa bahay. Safe naman kasi I have added grills sa second floor and all have window screens, and both balconies have roofs. So hindi pa din papasukin ng ulan. And the place's perimeter is well secured. Sabi nga ng nephew ko, kapag may zombie attack daw sa street ko, ako lang daw ang ligtas.

    So rain or shine, may passive cooling pa din ako sa unit ko.

    Wala ding gauze ang ceilings ko. Pero compared sa mga neighbors ko, mas maayos ang masilya ng dugtungan, pero mejo visible pa din ang line. Sa ibang neighbors ko kasi masy space talaga between the flexboard.

    Actually, sabi nina engineer, maski may foil-foam insulation, mainit pa din daw. Kasi nga ang roof pitch ay mababa. jasperjugan's Haven and my Oakwood have the same roof pitch. Kaya nga raw puro nakaaircon ang karamihan. Kaya naisip ko na dapat talaga ay install as much eaves vents as possible. Or gaya ng advice ni master cyber (pero di pasok sa budget ko ), ceiling ducts on all second floor bedrooms and stairwell, and one powerful extractor fan. Sa next renovs ko, papalagay ako ng ceiling ducts and extractor fan.

    My unit's facade is facing the afternoon sun. Sobrang init talaga sa tanghali sa second floor. One of my solution was to extend the facade to the property line. Second floor extension is the office/study/computer room, and ground floor extension is the handyman's workshop. Para hindi direkta sa init ang Master's Bedroom and Living Room. And blackout curtains sa harap na mga windows.

    We just reserved a Diana in KS9
    -facing the afternoon sun (sadly, and one of my mother's major drawbacks)
    -end unit but near the park/playground
    -73sq.m lot instead of the usual 50sqm
    -not sure if it's a perimeter unit or kung creek yung nasa likod namin; tried checking sa google pero i failed

    Anyway, my question sir is, how will I keep the 2nd floor of Diana cool without extending it? Thanks in advance.

    okay naman. sa LV1 ako so konti na lang ang house na ginagawa dito (although sabay sabay). hindi ako masyadong happy sa gawa pero andyan na eh. yun na lang sa ceiling ang malaking issue ko ngayon na bumubuka which I reported to the main office

    not sure on the cooling. pero at the very least baka insulation sa roof would help. maliit lang ba clearance ng ceiling ninyo?

    about perimeter or creek, dapat nasa map yan. hindi ka binigyan ng map ng mga units sa subdivision mo pagkareserve?

    hello neighbor. SS8 block 5 ako. si aapuntar at auch ay SS8 din. I think si aapuntar ay block 1.

    re: creek - yan din ang una kong concern. nung tiningnan ko yung area map ng PF, meron pang excluded lots na buffer sa gitna ng perimeter fence ng SS8 at ng creek. di ko sure kung meron pang future development na nakaplano para sa lote na yun, pero mukhang malaki pa naman. baka nga pwede pang magkasya ang isang phase dun eh, o kaya gawing commercial area. nagtanong din ako tungkol sa creek na yun nung umulan ng malakas, pero malalim **** daw ang creek, at hindi naman daw umakyat masyado ang tubig. plus, buong LE ***** ang babaha pag umapaw yun.

    wala pa akong nakikitang proposed renovation plan sa margareth so far, except si Neo meron syang idea kung saan pwedeng maglagay ng balcony. I think kasi as it is, maganda na ang design ng Margaret. ikaw ba, meron ka bang idea ng posibleng renovation deisgn?

    Malaki pa ang problema, sabe ko nga, ito ba yung 90%, pwede ba pa-stop payment yun? kase technically 24months din talaga DP, may habol ba tayo dun, kase di nila natupad yung 16-18month move in??

    yan pa ang isa ko sanang gustong ibring-up sir jasper, paano kung may tabingi o di maganda finish sa unit mo, may right ka bang tanggihan iyon? Sorry to hear about your ceiling, alam ko marami na talaga kayong pinagdaanan sa construction ng units niyo. Good thing you are almost done, sana maayos nga yan. Akala ko nga yung thread aabot na sa discussion ng pag move-in ninyo nina sir neo, aapuntar, eojlin, etc (para kasi akong may binabasang suspense na novel) Kasama ko sa excitement niyo sa pagmove-in kasi binasa ko to from start to finish.

    actually sir jasper, wala pa kong alam sa ceiling measurements ng Diana, pero may nabasa akong post ni sir neo na maliit nga lang daw ang space sa pagitan ng roof at ceiling (kaya mabilis daw uminit).

    mayroon akong map sir, kaso yung mga houses lang ang kita.

    Hey bro. Thanks sa info neighbor. Buti naman may vacant lot pa between SS8 perimeter fence at ng creek. Perimeter fence na kasi likod ko. Inavail kasi namin yung malapit sa entrance gate. And at that time lot 6 na lang ang pinakamalapit. Wala nga lang linear park. Makikitambay na lang kami sa mga may linear park. Hehehe.

    Nag-back read ako kahapon ng madaling araw dami kong natutunan dito. At may entry na rin pala ako nung november akalain mo yun. Hehehe. Yung nabasa ko lang na renov design ay para sa gabrielle akda ni Neo. Right now wala akong maisip na renovation design. Pero balak ko may balcony and magkaron ng additional entertainment room sa taas.

    Yung mga margaret dyn pa-share naman ng renov design nyo.
