ano po ba talaga ang Home Improvement Contract para sa Alexandra, Gabrielle unit at Bellefort houses? Hindi gaanong na discuss basta about ceramic tiles, sliding doors, elegant windows, vinyl tiles requirements for bank? Fields all blank to be fill-up at PF headoffice basta pirma lang kelangan. Nagpunta ako headoffice kanina to update our address pero un din answer sa HIC. Hindi ako gaano contented sa sagot

to those who are currently living in Lancaster estates, meron ba water that leaks in your walls when it's raining? if ever na experience nyo to, ano gagawin to repair the walls to avoid mga leakage, i'm asking this kasi i went to my friends house in carmona estates, her unit is like the hollywood B model, maganda to dati, when i visited again last week, puro orange na walls nila coz of the leaks, and i'm worried baka ganito rin mangyari since sabi ni friend, yung pcp walls daw kasi ng profriends hinde siksik yung cement etc. Please advise po, thank you.

Tungkol sa bank loan processing, pwede bang tayo mismo maglakad nun, at hindi dumaan sa PF? May nakausap ako sa Metrobank kahapon at ang sabi nya ang variable interest rates daw ng MB the past few years ay naglalaro lang sa 5-6%, samantalang ang fixed naman daw ay 7.5%, way lower than the interest rate mentioned to me when I made my reservation (10%).
20years ba? thanks.

yup, alam ko po na per annum, depende kasi yung rate kung ilang years ang loan eh. 5,10,15 & 20.. so yung 7.5% ilang years po ba yun? 20?

Me and my friends went to Lancaster Estates from Bucandala using our bike last April 2. On our experience, the Bucandala-Alapan road is very dusty. It's a good experience kaso maalikabok lang. Advincula Avenue from the Lancaster rotonda is in good condition, ang suggestion ko sana sa kanila magtanim pa ng maraming puno para walkable ang mahabang road na 'yon. Ang tindi ng init kasi. Here's some of our pics:

we drive here yesterday going to Bucandala pupunta kasi kami sa PF Imus not a very nice experience lubak-lubak, two way na prone sa accident dahil iiwas ka ng iiwas at kawawa ang gulong ng sasakyan sa sobrang lubak, one thing for sure nakakatrauma dahil andami palang huge TRUCKS nagdadaanan at makakasalubong mo sa lugar na ito. Pag nasa Imus Robinson's area na ang sobra naman trapik such a waste of time.

I hope the local government will widen this very narrow road. Yeah, a lot of trucks going to and from Lancaster use this road from Imus proper.. Nabutas ang gulong ng bike ko while on this road (and kakapalit ko lang ng interior nun bago magbike papunta dito), hindi maganda ang condition ng road, puro graba, just like on the pic.

Before that day trip to Lancaster Estates, me and my friends also went here the night before, from the Kawit area / Centennial Road going to my friends' house in Bucandala. Sobrang dilim ng Centennial Road at night, lumiliwanag lang because of establishments (most especially gas stations). Delikado because Centennial Road is under widening project, kaso madilim and dangerous. May parts na merong caution, may iba wala.

When we reached that corner going to the Lancaster Estates from Centennial Road, meron pa rin namang tricycle sa kanto kahit 1am na that time and the drivers are, I must say, friendly & ok naman.

Kalayaan Road/Advincula Avenue is very dark. The moon & stars lang ang ilaw mo. Nagkakailaw lang sya kapag nasa Antel ka na, or when you're approaching the police checkpoint & the Lancaster Villages.

The Bucandala-Alapan-Lancaster road is very, very dark. Parang yung mga nasa horror stories. Wala ka makita ni isang ilaw. When you're in the middle of the rice fields/the road is getting creepy. Nagkakailaw lang kapag nasa malapit ka n sa Alapan Road, all the way to Bucandala commercial center proper.

I hope when Lancaster Estates begins to get more and more people living in it, sana well-lighted ang buong kahabaan ng Centennial Road, Kalayaan Road/Advincula Avenue, & Bucandala-Alapan Road. PLEASE make them sure that we are SAFE at night.
