anong collateral documents? TCT lang naman sa registry of deeds hehe. baka yun ibig nila sabihin, baka they are asking PFI to get certified copy of TCT from Registry of Deeds and they are still waiting for feedback

Actually, you can request for extension. I did that. I just completed my requirements on my 14th month of paying the equity. Kasi I waited for pay increases para mas madaling maaprub ng Metrobank.

yes po hanggang May 17 na lang nga daw eh' .. hindi ko pa talaga nipapasa at pini-fill up-an kasi di pa ko sure kung bank ba kami or inhouse .. bale magpapasa pa lang talaga ako po ..

Sir Neo, kelan ba move-in kapag inhouse ?? after full DP po ba (2 yrs) ?? or 16-18 month din like sa bank .. ? at pwede din po ba i-apply sa bank yung loan for house renovation po ..

at kelan nalang pala kami ulit pupunta, mga anong month po kaya, to visit the site (as of now damo palang po yung unit kasi this May pa lang 1st DP namin)

sir kung open naman pala kayo sa in-house, better pass documents for bank. mas mura pa din sa bank, so you lose nothing if in case hindi maging okay
