Wala palang paved saidewalks ang LV and LR. Ganun din kaya sa Brit phases? Kapag wala, nakatipid na naman ang Pro-FRIENDS.

dapat meron. see the space between road and the gate nung one of the pictures? yun dapat yung provision for that. sa model units meron ding sidewalks. on when it will be done, ewan ko lang. yang mga linear park nga eh puro kalat pa at only one block has the gate/fence as of yet.

Sa CE, pagkagawa ng houses, gagawin naman ang sidewalks. Nauuna ang curbs, gutters and drainage system. Then houses. Then sidewalks.

We already signed a new reservation sa new unit na nakita namin, from Manchester 5 nalipat kami sa Manchester 1, medyo mas ok, mas malapit dun sa proposed na bus station. Bago na yung agent namin, mas ok naman kausap compare dun sa dati, hopefully they can assist us better until everything setteled.

Yep, nakipag bargain na lang ako na yung referal fee ibigay na lang sa akin plus the 50% discount sa reservation, so since dalawa yung unit 3k na lang binayaran ko.

Kung merong lang sana na ang vacant space ng dalawang properties ay nasa gitna ng 2 houses, mas ok yun. Pwedeng magpalagay ng swimming pool sa gitna. Parang mini subdivision with its own amenities.

Ay napansin ko lang, murang malungkot sa LV1? I don't know. Malungkot yung dating nang orange na colleen, opposite nung haven. Parang mas nagandahan nga ako sa residences. kala ko di maganda townhouses kasi nga magkakadikit. hehe

Went on-site today for my "late 2nd inspection".

A number of things were rectified from the last time I went on-site (last week) including:
- water pipe is now hidden from site/embedded
- back of downspout which is not cemented is now cemented
- most doors closes well
- most windows closes well and more aligned

A few issues left and hopefully I'm for move-in na
- main door gap/alignment issue
- window gap/alignment issues
- broken pipe at the drainage (under the cover)
- one pvc door doesn't close well
- sockets that are misaligned
- missing one electrical plate/outlet in one room (installed with a blank plate)

Btw, pano ba ang procedure ng inspection sa LE? Sino sino ang kasama sa inspection? Sino taga lista sa BCR ng things to be repaired? Who decides ng sked ng next inspection?

meron silang standard na 3 weeks (daw) after inspection date. as for my 3rd inspection, i would follow up. i asked to be given a reasonable date, hindi standard or suntok sa buwan. he has to coordinate the issues with the contractor (again). major issues sa akin non is yung water pipe (dahil mag aayos pa sila ng pipe na nakabaon na at magtiktiktik) at yang broken pipe. if broken pipe is done, others will be easier na siguro

experience ko, ang kasama is yung move-in/inspection engineer. if available pati finishing engineer, pero i didn't bother, medyo walang kwentang kausap. yung move-in/inspection engineer na din naglilista sa punch list.

sa Lancaster Residences however, may 2 girl. not sure kung engineer sila kasi hindi sila tinatawag na engineer nung iba. sila ang humahandle ng turnover at inspection (madami kasing units 3000+ sa Lancaster Residences alone, Ph1-7)

also, i gave my meter socket last Friday. however, nung nag inspect daw ng November 9 ang MERALCO wala pa. buti na lang I called so they have to reschedule the inspection again. kanina kasi nakakabit na sya sa meter post

another thing, sliding door was being installed this afternoon. after non, i would assume baka i lock na nila ang unit huhu
