Lancaster Estates: Place, Residences, Villages, Manchester, Somerset and Kensington

Are there members who got units from Lancaster Estates or currently residing there? How's the area now? Is it hard to commute from the area going to Manila?

di naman..but as much as possible wag ka papagabi..lalo kung magisa ka lang..mas maganda kung may kasabay ka..at least kayong lahat sa tricycle..arm yourself with pepperspray just in case..flashlight na pwedeng panghataw..

This looks like a nice project. Not too far from the city.. I wonder how much a unit costs on the average. We have an investment in Batangas and they are mostly owned by OFWs. Problem there is that it is too far from Manila.

Can anybody post pics of the Linear Park? It sounds amazing.. according to the website,

LANCASTER VILLAGES boasts of its special feature – the linear park – a vast open space specifically designed for residents to enjoy the comforts of a park right next to or behind their homes. At a linear park, there are more reasons to enjoy the outdoors. There’s abundant natural light, good ventilation, not to mention, the proximity to home that makes it a safer playground for kids and the young at heart.

Yup medyo nakakatakot ang daan papunta dito. Imagine palayan at talahiban ang pagitan ng main road (Tirona Highway) and the Lancaster Estates. Best if you own a car.

Interesting project. I just saw this post here and I researched afterwards.

Parang Ondoy-proof ito according to some friends. If that's the case, this might be a good investment for OFWs since that is one less problem some people are having right now.

According to a little research I did, ok din ang payment/down payment plans.

    Any owners here?

as for lancaster villages it is still pre-selling.

lancaster residences though, rowhouse/townhouses, and are available thru pag-ibig (units less than 1M), have habitants already. i wonder if there's anyone here in the forum who has first hand experience living there right now?

the downside of it hiwalay ang clubhouse..nasa kabilang kalye ang clubhouse..nasubukan ko din magovernight dun ng bagyo..yung sumunod na bagyo after ondoy..malakas ang hangin..matibay ang pagkagawa sa bubong..advisable na kunin yung corner lot kasi mas malaki ang space..especially kung balak niyo magtayo ng small business..or garden..or kung 2 car niyo..if interested..kindly pm me..i can show you around..

    pinoygirl,
marami atang mapagpipiliaan from profriends lalo na if your aunt plans to reside sa cavite area

based on their website, halos lahat ng dinevelop nila nasa cavite area

marami rin atang ibang company na nagdedevelop ng ganyang type ng community, but you can ask your aunt to check the link below para she has an idea rin of this developer

anyone living/residing in Lancaster Residences or purchased a unit in Lancaster Villages?

  16. #16
    Hi

Baka gusto nyo ng paintings or mural (wall painting design) as part of the interior design ng house or condo nyo! My bestfriend kasi is a visual artist.

It is cheaper to buy painting directly from the artist than buying into galleries. Clients nya are architects, art collectors, interior designers, gallery owners etc. He accepts commission works.

Send me a private message for more info.

I am not sure if my aunt already purchased a unit in lancaster, but they already went there to see...

Hi! How about California West Hills? Can anyone here advise about the place? I'm thinking of getting a unit there.

Lancaster Estates: Residences, Villages or One Lancaster Place

    any home unit owners?

I believe there's no such thing as "ondoy-proof". Basta maayos lang ang drainage & sewage systems ng vicinity, at nasa higher terrain ang location ng neighborhood ninyo, siguradong hindi kayo babahain.

I can highly recommend ARA Vista, along Amadeo Road, Gen. Trias, Cavite.

You contact me through PM for your inquiries.
