    a) Reduce activity. The less you do, the better
    b) Eat like there's no tomorrow. High-fat, high-carb (sugar, corn syrup, HFCS, fructose, ALL of them!)

    kumain ka ng marami at huwag kang kumilos sa bahay, hayan tataba ka, parang couch potato pa hehehe

    take ka ng Conzace multivatamins nakakataba yun.
    Or, take ka ng Drenex tablet, avalable yung mga yun over the counter sa mga leading drugstores like mercury d.s.
    Ive tried them both work for me and my friends.

    heto impossibleng di ka tumaba dito!

    breakfast: 6 cups of steamed rice with 1 stick of butter and lahat ng fried foods you can think of.

    Lunch: 6 cups of java rice, any pork dishes yung nalulunod sa mantika and 2 litres ng coke as beverage.

    Dinner: same serving of rice as above lunurin sa gravy para sosyal, fried meat preferrably pork. 2 litres of coke as beverage at 3 in 1 plus 1 na ice cream pang himagas. tapos tulog agad. tapos nun repeat!
