Hi all.. I am planning to get a unit here... Pa update nmn ako may nababasa ako n nakawaan blah blah sa fan page ng home owners.. Pero gsto ko pa rin ito ksi sbrang okay ang location para sa presyo nya.. Update nmn jan iniisip ko kasi kung cambridge nlng or ito?

Problem here is that they failed to honor their commitments to unit owners, if not long overdue or delayed like swimming pool and clubhouse.

Association dues were recently increased considering that elevator is non-existent. Current dues may even matched those established condos of DMCI and Filinvest.

The developer even wanted the unit owners to share the realty taxes on areas like hallways and cages.

Paints chipping off and cracks can be found on many units.

Up to you if you decide to purchase your dream unit here but try to explore other developers as well.

Am a unit owner. Ok naman pero tama sabi ni ariesman. The pool and clubhouse are nonexistent hanggang ngayon. Otherwise, I find it good value for money naman. Dapat nga lang, dapat sama sama unit owners para manatiling malinis at maayos ang lugar
