mga ilang days po ba yung approval sa Pagibig after maforward yung paper from RD(Registry of Deeds) . Ano yung pinkamabilis na approval
7-15 yata working days as per pag ibig depending on the documents the developer will submit to them. What i heard from ERO is Topaz will be 1st week of July ang file sa pag ibig.
Don't worry lapit na yan, this will give you time to save up and prepare for the fit out of your unit.![]()

Iba iba yan sir, depende sa dame ng amenities. I know this condo in floodway super dameng amenities and talagang mahusay, ang charge nila sa owners is per sqm. If I'm not mistaken it's 50 to 60 pesos per sqm. So kung 40 sqm unit mo ang monthly is around P2000.
The good thing about East Residences Ortigas naman, the monthly dues for everything is only 600 petot.
Basic amenities lang kase, like swimming pool, park, playground, and conference area. Pwede na, since not everyday nagagamet naman ang amenities. In the long run makaka save ka dahel instead of paying high dues eh di bayad mo nalang sa Meralco, Beer, etc.

Is it true na 10-15 days lang baka naman umabot pa ng 1 month yun.
More pa siguro bro kase sa ken inabot ng 26 working days. Twice ni return docs ko sa ERO kase me kulang Metro Builders na attachment kaya na delay ng 10 days.
Pero i'm sure inaasikaso nila sa Metro B. mabute yan kaya your in good hands ala Metrobank baga. Lage ka mag coordinate ke Jaja para tutukan nya, mabait at maasikaso yan.
its been 24 days since finorward yung documents ko to PAG-IBIG, but until now I haven't been contacted by PAGIBIG for its approval. I have regular communication with Jaja. Would you know any way to followup my application in PAGIBIG? any number or contact person?
