The new Ford Focus will be coming to Asia this 2012. (sorry..una ang US and Europe )

In the US..the base engine with be a 2.0L with Gasoline Direct Injection technology

Not sure what will be the powertrain for Asia though.

Reason why you are seeing the HVAC controls way below..(beside the gearshift) is because the LCD above happens to be TOUCHSCREEN type (utilizing the latest MyFord Touch technology)...you can use the touchscreen to access the radio and even the A/C controls....tapos tumatanggap pa ang voice commands

As for Asia..no idea if the MyFord touch feature will make it there. Sorry

IT is also hinted that a 1.6L turbocharged 200HP Ecoboost version will arrive later as a performance model.

Kung darating ang turbocharged version sa Asia..ewan ko lang.

The only thing I don't like AGAIN the new Ford Focus is the rear seat legroom. Mukhang masikip like the previous version. I am trying to get figures for the rear seat legroom.

The interior looks like the one in the new Hyundai Tucson. But it's nice. I think that geometric forms in automobile design are a trend now.

I just noticed that the ford dealers are closing shop 1 by 1. wala na yung sa qave, wala narin sa commonwealth.

pero tignan mo mitsubishi and toyota and honda, andun na sila sa q ave since 90s?

sa fort andun panaman.

pero i mean, pretty much shows how determined ford is pag dating sa after sales support. they can't sustain momentum or something? or they decided to just abandon the country all of a sdden?

last thing they launched were the facelifted ranger and everest. Lawlz.

Yung sa Mitsubishi eh may nagsara narin,yung Apex Motors(kay Chop-Chop King yan,yung criminal noon!) at Union Motors sa Abad Santos(naging Hyundai).Mitsubishi dealers sa Manila ay owned nang tatlong groups,ang Citimotors-Union Motors group ng Teng at Goh family at Diamond Motors group nang Blaylock family.

Yung Honda naman ay owned nang banks yan(Ayala at Yuchengco na shareholders sa HCPI) kaya di malulugi yan.Toyota naman eh may nagsara na,yung sa Bel Air na owned ng Yupangco family na nagventure nalang sa Chery but yung Toyota Makati ay sa Ty family na shareholder ng TMPC.May isang Toyota dealership ay sa kapatid ni Pandak Arroyo sa ama.

Sarado na yung Ford Commonwealth at Quezon Avenue?Sayang naman..Mukhang Ford Shaw,Manila,Libis at sa Fort Bonifacio nalang pala ang natitira..

May bagong nilabas ang FGP,yung Ford Expedition EL at facelifted na E150 van.
