i guess the reason why they have a headhunter is to ease the recruitment process. instead for them to look for candidates, they have headhunters to represent their companies on their behalf.

baka naiisip mo na headhunters are like agencies... yung may mga kaltas sa sweldo? :boinkself:

I was interviewed here last December 2009. After a month, had I not followed up with the headhunter, I would not have known that I wasnt part of the shorlisted candidates. I was up for the Investment Analyst position and is surprised that the post is still open. Anyone hired already?

@gotonz: really? i had my exam here on march 2010 for IA...nagfollow-up ako thru email then reply niya eh filled na raw yung post...hindi ko alam kung pumasa ako or not...sino ang nagsabi sayo na open pa yung IA? thanks po
