congrats congrats.. kelan mo balak...
the requirements are those listed in the japanese embassy.
- Cert of employment (with salary and since when)
- ITR ko is still 2008 dahil wala pa yun 2009 ko
- I made sure mataas yun nasa bank cert ko kasi solo traveler lang ako and no guarantor plus gawa gawa ko lang yun itinerary ko (nabasa ko dito na at least P100,000 daw but i went a few times over that just to be sure)
- make sure your photo is for japan visa (nasa website requirement ng photo) yun nabasa ko sa mga forum, you can get denied just bec. of wrong photo specs
- i had a prior japan visa due to business and guarantor ko is the company, but this time, i applied on my own lang. Madami din tatak yun passport ko from other countries.
hope that helps you and thanks to those who answered my questions before.
@rioizphils i will be in japan from april 1 to 13. April 1 to 6 nasa kyoto, 7 to 12 in tokyo then 13 back in kyoto for flight back. backpacking, will be staying at hostels lang. how about you?
wow same kami.. ganyang dates din siguro.. nakakuha ka na ng tickets? wala pa ako eh.. backpacking din kami hostels.. madami ba kayo?
ah, hehe, tanong ko din yan sa forum noon.
nope, no plane tickets and no hostel reservations when i submitted my application. just show sufficient funds in the bank cert and that you are currently employed - yun takot lang naman nila is that you are going there to find work. pero i think the return ticket will be important when you arrive in japan to show to immigration.
itinerary, hmm, i am not going to disneyland or universal studios kasi, more on temples in kyoto and nara, the ninja museum in iga-ueno tapos tokyo na. baka malayo itinerary ko from what you have in mind but if you still want, pm me your email. what i did for my itinerary is very detailed though, which i don't think is required for the visa application but will be useful anyway since i am going to follow it and hopefully maximize my time in japan.
@wyvern888 my email add is care921@yahoo.com. kindly send my a copy of your detailed itinerary. thanks a lot
ako rin po. pwede mo ba makahingi sample detailed itinerary for my visa application![]()
This is the itinerary I submitted for my application, and I managed to get my visa anyway. It really doesn't have to be detailed.

Day 3: Whole day Mt. Fuji/Hakone tour
Day 4: Rest day
Day 5: Kyoto tour
Day 6: Tokyo Disneyland
Day 7: Tokyo DisneySea
Day 8: Departure
