hallo! details that i know about Vestas
28-30K up ang basic (depende pa sa experience)
may bonus na 8K-9K (apart from other bonuses like transpo etc and/night diff)
and yes it's true na nagpuntang Denmark ang pioneer group.but the succeeding groups local na lang training. super light lang din work load dito. may issued na laptop (HP) with individual (you can take home) wireless broadband connection (not the commercially available ones like smart bro).
super generous ng company outing nila this year. they went to Marinduque(?) *** private island resort dun. all expense paid!!! budget nila was around 1M daw!
that's all i know. and i wont tell how i knew all these! so dont ask!
and i dont know anong mga openings nila.hope this helps!
^Nice inside information Noribriella. Thanks for the tip!Me and my friends are contemplating on transferring to Vestas, since we are into SAP consultancy. We know some colleagues who were already with vestas and was sent for training in Denmark.
oahu: You're a SAP FICO Consultant right? Only one more slot for the Finance team is open (the Team Lead position)... better hurry up.

Please see the list of issue raised sa kanya.
3. Allowed mag work from home kami pag nag work from home kami nag dededuct nang salary ultimo minuto na kulang deduct pero pag excess ka ty.
Now they are freeze hiring kasi ang sabi nang Head office sa denmark lost daw sila. Maganda ang vestas but the problem is the people handling it. I heared that there was an employee from other department that they terminated because of helping his friends from other company after office hours.
I remember those days na masaya.
GOOD: free brewed coffee, cookies and softdrinks. above average company benefits. relatively light workload. not strict with time-keeping. everyone is on docking station
BAD: IT processes are not established yet and causes confusion internally. management has high ego. Be careful not to say things that will not make them look good. Some teams have barkada-style management so dapat makisama.
Tama si marsp, sayang si Vestas. I think Vestas could have been a good company if it had different management. I wouldn't say the Filipino managers are lousy, but their current set have huge egos that causes problems. All employees came from different IT companies that have different best practices and cultures. I think when Vestas got them together, they clashed (thus P&C vs non-P&C). I asked my Swedish friend if Vestas is a good company, ok naman daw, sa Pinas lang siguro ang problema.
nice information
mayroon ba dito opening for netwk engrs? thank you
magandang company to as far as i know, i have a friend who works here. sosyal, pinadala siya sa india...at ang kanilang outing last year ay sa bellarocca (kakaloka!!!) pero yun lang ang alam ko aside from sila ang may-ari ng wind turbines sa ilocos
