I also get the sarcastic "yeah right.." and the surprised "SERYOSO?!?!" reaction. -_- IDK, it's kinda insulting and at the same time, disheartening for me. The psyche of people is really perplexing.

Consequently, I think one of the reasons why it's hard to find a guy (girl for our lesbian Lasallians) is because most people are closeted. Actually, life is easier for lesbians in school.

Hahaha. Hindi ko rin alam why the culture is like that here. Since my first year, I've only seen a couple of guys who are just as out. I come from COE where typically it's a predominantly male college. Hence, it would be easy to say that it would be difficult for me to make adjustments since i am around guys who would most likely be homophobic but boy was I so wrong. They loved the character because I presented something different to everyone.

At the end of the day though we can't blame some of these young fellas why they keep on hiding but, I hope that it wouldn't mean that friendship between someone who's out and someone who's secretly hiding cannot blossom.

So come out, come all! LOL
