    Kakapirma ko lang ng po job offer kahapon. Pagkatapos binigay na sa akin iyong list of pre-employment requirements. Ok lang bang magbago ng isip? Kasi may mas magandang offer pala ang Company B sa akin. Ano kayang mas magandang sabihin sa kanila kung bakit ayaw ko nang ituloy na magtrabaho sa Company A?

    Help guys ako naman here's my dilemma. I rejected a job offer in favor of another offer. Pero this offer that I accepted did not work out kasi nagkaproblem with the formal offer. Ang tanong ko ngayon, pwede ko pa kaya balikan yung other offer and explain to them? May pag-asa pa kaya makuha?

    ^ depende sa employer-to-be mo. it's best to ask them.

    sa current employer ko, my boss didn't offer the job anymore to that applicant. biglang di kasi sumipot nung contract signing. some days after, nagparamdam ulit si applicant. ayun dindedma na ng boss ko.

    ..siguro depende din kung gaano ka-professional mo ginawa ang pagdecline sa offer. ;D

    Same tayo ng situation. I declined an offer and it turned out much better pa pala yun. Hehe. Actually, pwede naman itanong ulit. Yun eh DEPENDE na sa company na yun kung iooffer nila ulit yun. Syempre, they already think na hindi ka interested kasi nga you declined. In this sense, malamang, iba na yung atmosphere, kumbaga when you asked them again.

    Nung ako, I didn't get back to that offer. The thing is, during my final interview with the General Manager I told him that I stand firm by my decisions. So nung dinecline ko yung offer, I have to live with my decision. Sa tingin ko kasi, kapag binalikan ko yun, iba na ang magiging impression sakin ng company. Yun yung tingin ko. Kaya kahit gustong gusto kong balikan yun, something inside me tells me I better not.

    Pinanindigan ko na lang ang decision ko, kesa magmukha akong desperate doon sa company na una kong nireject and much worse masira pa ang good impression ng company on my professionalism and decision making. :P

    Again, ito po eh aking personal experience. Iba iba naman kasi ang pananaw ng tao. Hehe.

    Pag nakapirma ka ba ng Job offer sheet, meaning di ka na pwede mag back out? Or meron pang ibang documents na kailangan mo rin pirmahan bago ka nila maconsider as "legally" hired na?

    Di ko lang gets bakit ka nila hihingan ng payslip. Not unless they want to compare it with what they can offer you. At saka di ba salary is confidential.

    Exactly my sentiment. Confidential ang salary. Tsaka kung magooffer sila, dapat based on what the current market rate is, at hindi sa current salary ko.

    Anyway, humingi sila ng payslip so binigay ko. Ngayon waiting game ako.

    Di mo ba ni-raise na it is something confidential. At saka parang something negative on the other company yung ginawa mo. Kasi confidential yun tas binigay mo lang. At saka di assurance yung pag binigay mo yung payslip. Di nila din dapat binabase sa current salary mo.

    Normal practice lang ang paghingi ng payslip specially if you're an IT practioner, it's a way for the company to verify if what you said in the interview about your salary and also to match the benefits you are receiving, for short, basis siya kung tatanggapin mo yun offer if ever, hope this help.

    nangyayari ba yung sila mismo ang nagcacancel ng contract? kahit nakapirma na sila? curious lang hihi
