i am physically incapacitated and need renewal of my nbi clearance so i sent a representative to do it for me..then the office said that i need to go there personally to get the result..how can i do that? that's the reason why i needed a rep to do it for me because of my medical condition..
does anyone here have the same situation? can my rep also get the result for me?
