No. We took a jeep.

We went to Mainit and Secret Bay. If you're not a photographer, steer clear of Secret Bay.

oooh! first time I heard of taking a jeep to those dive sites.. sa bagay, both are near the shore lang.. so u did a shore entry? haha

steer clear of secret bay? but i thought that's wer the butanding was seen?! hahaha!
I've actually been to secret bay for a night dive and I thought it was super cool.. never thought of going there during the day until hearing about the whaleshark there.. haha! although I know it's unlikely I'll see one, i think it'll be pretty cool to do a day dive there parin.. haha especially that I'm getting an underwater camera soon! hahaha

Hi! Discover Scuba Diving sessions (short briefing + dive) usually cost around 1500-2500 depending on the resort.

The entry level course for PADI will usually cost 14K + resort fees. I know a CMAS instructor who does it for 16500 all in.

Btw, my friend bought a Tat7 case for the iPhone. He tested it Mainit and it seemed to work well. During the second dive however, the case leaked and got flooded. GRRR

aww that sucks!! is there a warranty for that? I hope it was just an isolated case of it leaking and the iphone didn't get broken! did it?? @_@

it's an iphone case with a sensor/gauge which has an app to make your iphone a dive computer too.. pretty cool! although I don't know if this case leaks too..
