At saka gamitin nyo oil un "baby oil" wag WD40 kasi sisirain nun un gears.

I got Gary Fisher mountain bike. I used to go cycling for 2-3 hours every other day, but I've neglected my bike since October 'cause I'm swamped with work.

Hi Laliza you're into cycling din pala ...Summer is coming. Bike season again... Perfect din this month to shave off the fats from the holiday season

Nice bike. Gary Fisher bike is one of the mountain legends.

    I wouldn't recommend baby oil.

I've always used either bike-specific lube from a bike shop (like White Lightning) or my homebrew lube (equal parts synthetic motor oil and paint thinner).

One drop per chain joint. Wipe down the chain with a rag after you lube.

Yay! I chose one of their cheapest models because I am inherently stingy.

Kaka-miss mag-bike. I hope I'll find some time one of these days.

Nice... but the paint thinner can discolor our precious chain... Same with petrol, it discolored my old Dura Ace chain

    Yes, White lightning and Pedros...

    Meet my Girlfriend..."Gianna"

She's my beater / ensayo bike

  10. #50
^^^I enjoy the ride and i like its colors. The frame should've been one size smaller though. But heck, all that matters is the fact that I like the color combo.

    Gianna.. niiiiice. :-)

  11. #51
^^True... Female riders normally ride bikes smaller than their size, for safety and comfort reasons.

As to color combo...yeah, I still want a pink bike before I painted my steelie road frame with fluorescent pink haha head turner lalo na sa mga climbs na medyo mabagal lang yung takbo.

Does anybody here ride their bikes to work in full cycling gear (i.e. bike shirt, cycling shorts and shoes) then just change in the office?

    Very true...

Before I went here in KSA, I bought an "Endless Love" bike here she is...

She was my ride everyday papasok sa work... back then I was trying to shave off some weight and maintain my BP to normal. Since I can't ride my roadbike and join the group rides on weekends (busy sked) this bike turned out to be my everyday exercise machine for 3 months.

    Success

I sold my MTB mga 2 years ago... kelangan ko kasi ng budget for a gruppo for my steelie project.

flat na flat kasi yung roads dito eh sarap mag-aero...since straight naman yung fork ng TCR (kahit sloping geometry) kinabit ko muna yung TT bar ko... nakatabi lang muna yung dropbars at STI.

Saan yang daan na yan? (background ng roadie) looks familiar...

^^ yung sa roadie papunta ng sierra madre, forgot the exact name of the place. yung mtb sa lucban quezon naman. Gusto ko din ng TT bike haha. Argon ang gusto ko para mukhang malakas haha
