I usually drink green and white teas. When it's cold and it's snowing, when I get back from work I the first thing I do is boil water after I take off my boots and just relax with Chai tea.

My a girl friend of mine she's got darjeeling tea. Great taste, it's kinda expensive.

I take tea for my health so I do not take any chances. I take Tegreen 97 so I am sure I get high concentrations of the nutrients that make green tea healthy.

    Hello I like tea

    Highly recommended yun Green tea
    I also recommend
    Jasmine tea - very aromatic
Chrystanthemum tea- as in real Chrysanthemum flowers w/ hot water..tastes good.

You can also try Japanese ones such as Sencha, Genmaicha, macha
    (available sa supermarkets)

    Chamomile - for calming.

For health..why not try the Banaba tea? Pito-Pito hehe

Not really into Black teas such as ones from ceylon ..its not my cup of tea
Ginger tea - i dont like the taste as well.

i'm more of a coffee person but having herbal/fruit-infused tea as alternative to decaf works just fine for me.

lipton is ok but stash and twinings seem to have better selections.

Any green tea can have that effect. It's a thermogenic. The problem is you can't just drink it and assume it will work on its own. It's a supplement to diet and exercise.

a simple lipton idea with a fresh mint leaf is superb!

i love stash. they have great selections. My fave is the lemon and ginger tea as well as green tea. Try it

I have loose black and green tea leaves. I like to have mine pressed.

I like to make my own ice tea from those during summers and flavor them with syrups from time to time.

Thai teas are not bad either. I turned out liking it a lot.

I like to have mine hot and freshly brewed and with a slice of lemon. If I like a flavored one, I'll make one myself.

A lot better than the flavored ones that you get from stores worse the powdered ones.

I like loose leaf tea. I used to brew them back when I had a lot of free time. Now I settle for tea bags for convenience. I never drink the sweet stuff you find in grocery stores. They taste flat, like sugar water.
