Help! Looking for a decent printer

What's the best printer in the market today for home office use? Looking for affordability and reliability (doesn't break down easily, ink isn't too expensive).

Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

an epson T10 is priced around 2000-2100. They say like all epson printers, it breaks down after a number of prints. But can easily be re-set by software to function again. Then again, non of these printers do last a lifetime due to the mechanical parts. One thing is epsons are easy to fix and least expensive.

I highly DO NOT recomend Brother. Why? It drinks ink like a Ford Expedition on fuel, kasi lagi nang cleaning ng cleaning na umuubos ng ink.

Thanks for the suggestions. I currently have an epson stylus c59. It broke down once shortly after I bought it.
Brought it to the repair shop, but ever since then (going on about a year), the printing has been shabby (dull, white spots/lines when it prints documents).
I tried using the "cleaning" program/mechanism built inside, but it hasn't done the trick.

Will look around SM cyberzone annex to see if there any good printers out right now.

If you use it at home and most of your prints are in black, then, get a laser printer. I haven't changed my toner for a year now. Saved me a lot in ink cost. I also bought an inkjet printer on occasion that I need to print in color, but I made sure to remove the cartridge after printing and reseal the head.

HP is a lot reliable brand than epson.

As far as I know, one of these will be sacrificed once you choose a printer. If you buy a an inexpensive printer, expect the cost of the cartridge to be high. Vice-versa.

Check out HP K-109. Costs 5k but the cartridge costs around 400.

Try mo din ang canon. pero be sure na gagamit ka ng genuine ink/cartridge para tumagal ang buhay ng print head mo(na halos doble o triple ang mahal kesa sa printer mo). kung bibili ka ng genuine canon cartridge, hanapin mo yung double pack para makamura ka.
