Thank you!

Hi Sir Larry! Sorry this is OT
I'd like to send you a PM, but I cant seem to access your page..How can I contact you sir? Thanks in advance!
PS: Re MS lessons po..if you don't mind![]()
Sir Larry,
I have a dilemma... ano po ba ang mas magandang unahin...CMA or MBA (na parehong mahal...tsk..tsk)?
Ano experience required? Puwede ba external auditor dito (CIMA)?
May mga active CIMA students ba dito at anung papers or level na kayo? Thanks.
hi guys! I would like to inquire on how did you register about CIMA. I am having a hard time to find out enough information regarding the papers, review and how to register here in the Philippines. Sana matulungan nyo ko.. TY
Hi you can register for the CIMA exam thru their website and i think you can take the exam here in manila at british embassy or british council (im not sure about this but this is what my friend has told me before).
It'll be too time consuming if u have to go through the MBA first. If you're already a CPA, better take the CIMA exam directly as there are some exemptions you can get on the basis of your Philippine CPA qualification. Besides, there are so many MBA graduates now and I think MS applied economics or MS taxation is a lot better to complement your CIMA and CPA qualifications kaysa MBA para mas unique naman ang qualification mo. Maganda din ang MS applied math ang kukunin mo after passing the CIMA exam and while nag aaral ka lang ng MS applied math, pwede mo rin isabay pag aral ang CFA level 1 exam..hehehe..eh mas bongga yon.
Sir Larry, Curently based po ako outside the country. At ano po ba ang maiiaadvice nyo na magandang reference and/or preparation for the exam?
For CIMA exemptions for Phil. CPAs merong mga requirements, I suggest you email their contact person in charge of Southeast Asia, si Ms. Peng, Chinese-Malaysian sya. "Tam Kam Peng" <tam.kampeng@cimaglobal.com>, she can refer to her staff doing the processing of Phil. applications.
Mas may depth yung understanding mo ng issues and lessons kasi those are the same issues you face sa work mo. Puro theories. Hindi mo magrasp fully. And besides, required ang work experience din before you become admitted.
Hindi pa ko nakakaaral for November sitting! I'm deads!!! :S
Hi..just found this thread here regarding CIMA exam. I just want to ask about the exemptions that Philippine CPA has from CIMA exam. Can a phil CPA take the CIMA gateway route now kasi yon na nakita ko ngayon sa CIMA website nila? thanks a lot for taking time to answer my question.
^Exempted ka sa lahat ng exams bago kumuha ng papers (forgot what it's called). And then sa papers, exempted sa F1, F2, and P1. Ano yung CIMA gateway route? haha
