Sorry to burst your bubbles but there really is no such a thing as Big4 for top employers. For the top employers, there's only such a thing as Big3 and others. At some really, really high paying companies, there only such a thing as UP and others for them. Again, that's the general consensus amongst the top employers.

AMA isn't as great as UST is as an academic institution. AMA has a very limited course offerings while UST has a very wide range of course offerings. However, for IT, specifically, I think AMA can hold its name against UST. But I think only on course related to IT. For some reason, UST isn't strong for IT and computer science.

^ i second this. AMA's specialty is all about computers so its a given that their IT programs can compete well against other known schools.

I think its better if the thread's title is:

yes mas magaling taga ama kesa sa taga uste actually hindi lang in it but also in other areas of studies. and mas mura tuition sa ama kaya you get quality education at lower prices unlike getting education from buildings that is 1000 years old amoy luma haha joke lang naman. if you want to study it go to lasalle or ateneo then next choice is ama then sti then informatics. tapos nun kapag wala ka talaga choice sa uste ka nalang pumasok kasi alam ko sure pass ang entrance test nila sa it.

i heard UST is still using windows 98 in their computer labs.

  16. #16
^you only heard of it but have you actually proven it?
FYI, CFAD students use MAC in their comp labs.

You amaze me. You're a consistent UST basher.

1000 years old?

Come on, try to get your facts straight. Or, its just your way of exaggerating your dislike towards UST.

Kung sure pass ang entrance exam sa UST, I wonder why you didn't get in?

Napagkamalan niyang UP ang UST. Ayyy...

  19. #19
^ Hi! UP student here. Uhm, sa labs namin sa UP Manila we use open source.

  20. #20
