up bliss, sikatuna bliss, up village, teacher's village, kruz na ligas at yung bliss sa may sm north. hehe actually madami naman for rent na apartments or rooms for rent sa may area ng technohub itself. like up bliss, teachers vill, up vill are walking distance.

mga magkano kaya aabutin? hirap kasi mag commute from binondo to philcoa

not sure. i lived there 3 years ago pa and mga 1.5-2k for bedspace kung gusto mo tulugan lang. mas pricey syempre if you want to rent a room. 2-4k i think. mura sa kruz na ligas (rooms or bedspace) kung nagtitipid ka tas isang tricycle lang sya to philcoa. up bliss namn sa likod ng jolibee at mcdo. walking distance to the technohub- room/apartment for rent mostly andun.
Punta kang loob ng UP campus, sa mga shed may mga nakapaskil na ads for available rooms, bedspace etc sa sorrounding UP communities. Yun. I cant be sure on the prices tho, baka nagbago na. Check mo na lang.
