I use to drink Shark Energy Drink dati nun hardcore pa ako maglaro sa liga ng basketball..hehe..meron pa ba nun sa Market?
Other Energy Drinks tulad ng Cobra or Sting e nakaka-hapo, bigla ka na lang manghihina afterwards, much worse e yung nakaka-palpitate na effect.

Ewan ko ba di ako nasanay sa lasa ng mga energy drinks na yan. Muscovado sugar sago-gulaman with bit of salt at saging lang sakin ok na. Pag nagbabasketball or jogging yun ang baon ko.
