^ I haven't seen any around yet. I've had to buy Scharffen Berger in the US. Are you looking for chocolate bars/chips, or cocoa powder? Guittard is close enough, but you can also bump up to Valrhona or Callebaut.

Today I made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for the first time. I found the Magnolia Bakery recipe online, made a few tweaks. Only made a dozen. They were gone pretty fast. I should've made more.

You can use them in lieu of chocolate chips in cookies.

i just used a couple of bags for my oatmeal cookies last Sunday.


I think you can also melt them to make butterscotch squares.

Good idea with the cookies! I might throw in some macadamia nuts too to balance out the butterscotch chips' sweetness.

Uuwi yung mom ko sa Manila for a vacation. Magpapabili ako sa kanya ng mga boxes. Sideline ko kasi dito sa SG ang paggawa ng cupcakes.
