Basta pumunta lang kayo dun at tumambay sa labas ng building nila, maririnig nyo mga usapan sa labas kung sino2x yung mga kakantutin dun, hehehe! Di lang isang babae, grupo sila dun...

Strict sila sa SECURITY. Sa management, mabibilang lang sa kamay di mo magugustuhan na tao. Prior to the last thread ng FS(it was deleted for its content) na lahat ng management people super may mga scandalous pics, patama sa kanila, intriga, laglagan... maraming angst ang agents sa kanila.

Personal experience ko, maraming down to earth(di ma-ere) sa management dun sa account ko. Yun nga lang maraming kalokohan sa kontrata back in my days.. pati mga issues ng night diff.
(non-existent dati), plus lay off issues of alot of employees, incompetencies daw ng super higher management... plus corrupt daw SILA. Mga ganyang issues ang FS last year. I dunno TODAY!

Pero mas marami akong horror stories na nabasa sa ibang callcenter threads, mga tipong walang final pay. In fairness marunong naman silang magbayad.

Sa recruitment process, super bagal..dati. Pero madali naman yung process. And I have no idea with their new accounts TODAY.
MARAMI PANG PUWEDENG MAGBAGO!! (sana for the best)
New callcenter lang naman sila.

I got a call yesterday from them scheduling me for an interview next week. Well hopefully they would anser all my queries regarding their "not so good past activities & backgrounds".

I believe the previous GM already left (that's NC), and she was changed by a native Indian. Same as my position before, it was changed by a native Indian as well.

The HR Manager is still there. The IT Manager passed away (he actually died due to a severe sickness) just this year. The NEW Security Manager got a harrassment case coming from the Front Desk Receptionist. The Quality Manager is still madly in love with the HR Manager.

The Ops Managers are still the same, nothing changed.

If you want a roller coaster crazy career, go ahead take the challenge, go with FS.

If you want a steady one, there are better jobs and workplace than this.
